As required by Cambodian laws and regulations, all subscribers must provide legal identification documents to the telecommunication operators or the dealers/sale points when purchasing a SIM-card besides releasing the information to the telecommunication operators or the dealers/sale points at the soonest in case of losing numbers, changing location, and/or transferring number to others.
